JXMEST Qualifiers Access

  • Once recruiter activates the JXMEST Account, they will get access to JXMEST Qualifiers.
  • Recruiters can directly contact the JXMEST Qualifiers via Intra Alerts.
  • Recruiters can also post jobs exclusive for JXMEST Qualifiers.

Merit List Procedure

  • Candidates write the three level JXMEST Exam – JXMEST Essentials, JXMEST Advanced and Telephonic Screening.
  • Based on the cut-off filtering will be done on each level.
  • Candidates who clear all the three levels will be considered meritorious and score card will be given to them.
  • This set of candidates’ score card (out of 100) will be displayed for recruiters to shortlist them for further hiring process once recruiter shows interest to view JXMEST Score of candidates.
